JOB DESCRIPTION – SPACEHOLDER
As a Spaceholder, you will warmly welcome and support guests in the sauna and cold plunge sanctuary, guiding them through an immersive experience that may include breathwork, mindfulness, aromatherapy, movement, and the art of Aufguss rituals. Your presence will be a grounding force—holding space for guests to feel safe, seen, and connected, both to themselves and to the community.
GUIDED CLASSES & SOLO JOURNEYS
Through your mindful facilitation, you will help participants drop into the present moment and connect authentically with themselves and others, fostering a space of trust, ease, and inner renewal.
Guided Classes – As Spaceholder, you will work closely with the Coach, preparing props and tools, welcoming guests, managing the flow of the space, and assisting with sensory elements such as music, lighting, and the graceful art of Aufguss towel work.
Solo Journeys – During self-led experiences, you will create a warm, uplifting environment—offering gentle encouragement when welcomed, maintaining a clean and inviting space, leading short yet inspiring ritual moments, and curating music and lighting to support deep rest, clarity, and reconnection.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in immersive teacher training and ongoing professional growth.
Be available during Solo Journey hours to host guests in their personal sauna and cold plunge experience, using tools such as breath, movement, scent, sound, and Aufguss ritual.
Ensure the space remains tidy, harmonious, and ready for each session—managing sensory elements and guest flow between experiences.
Maintain an uplifting, vibrant atmosphere that inspires engagement, connection, and joy.
Offer knowledge and insight about the practices and tools in use, answering questions with care and presence.
Contribute to community life by engaging in sessions outside of your scheduled shifts, deepening bonds and fostering trust.
QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES
- Willingness to work flexible hours—including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to at least 3 shifts (5 hours each) per week.
- Background in group facilitation, fitness, or movement-based arts is preferred.
- Understanding of basic anatomy, kinesiology, and breath techniques.
- CPR certified.
- Bonus: Experience in dance, performance, choreography, movement direction, martial arts, yoga, Pilates, or group fitness.
- Familiarity with essential oils and Aufguss rituals (training provided).
- Passion for creating welcoming, restorative spaces and delivering excellent guest care.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presence, and communication.
- Positive, grounded, and proactive mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Enthusiasm for wellness, recovery, and holistic health practices.
- Physically able to work on your feet for extended periods, move equipment, and adapt to varying temperatures.

Hourly Rate – CHF 25

TEACHER TRAINING
Every Spaceholder begins with a training immersion covering the science, physiology, and practical application of sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork tools. Training also explores conscious leadership, resilience practices, and the art of preparing and maintaining safe, welcoming spaces for transformation.
